Welcome at the Oikonomos foundation

The Oikonomos foundation is a Christian organization dedicated to development cooperation. Oikonomos participates in projects and programmes of local partner organizations in Indonesia, India, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Malawi, Ghana and Bolivia.

Through Oikonomos, the Jan Baan family wishes to contribute towards the battle against poverty world-wide.The foundation selects and manages projects in developing countries. Ownership and partnership are of prime importance here.
